Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth bring joy to Rady Children’s patients

Last week, Rady Children’s patients received a surprise special visit from a couple of people you might recognize! Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth and The Happy Hippie Foundation stopped by Thursday afternoon to visit. The couple brought joy and laughter to patients as they made their way room to room and of course, took lots of selfies!

During the visit, 8-year-old Julia performed The Rainbow Connection for Miley and Liam. On Instagram, Miley shared the below video mentioning this was her “favorite moment of 2016!”

“You made me cry because it was so beautiful! Do you know how important it is to make people cry when you sing?” Miley asked Julia after the song.
