Make Your Thanksgiving Dinner More Awkward: Ask For Money

thanksgivingDid you know that Rady Children’s Hospital treated more than 219,000 kids last year? That’s enough patients to fill Petco Park almost 5 times!

We invite you to support pediatric patients treated at Rady Children’s by using Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ new mobile fundraising app, Give Miracles. Available on IOS devices, Give Miracles allows users to create and manage their own fundraisers. It’s an easy and secure way to give, available with Apple Pay.

Make your Thanksgiving dinner more awkward, download the Give Miracles app and #AskForMoney to help kids treated at Rady Children’s Hospital.

Kids like Reef. Moments after Reef was born, he was whisked away to Rady Children’s Hospital and admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), where he was diagnosed with a massive aneurysm, a weak spot on a blood vessel that balloons out and fills with blood. A brain aneurysm can rupture and bleed into the brain, which could have been fatal. Reef had emergency surgery to remove the aneurysm and everything went so smoothly with the surgery that Reef’s physicians expect no long-term effects. As his proud dad puts it, “He’ll be a normal kid with a horseshoe scar and a story to tell.”

From Reef’s family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!

*Give Miracles is available on IOS devices in the United States.
